Evergreen Life Services Announces the Third Annual Diamond Gala Hosted by Rosario Dawson

Evergreen Life ServicesEvergreen Life Services is proud to announce the Third Annual Diamond Gala will be hosted by actress and activist Rosario Dawson. A star Rosario Dawsonstudded line up with local celebrities that includes former Good Morning Texas host and co-host of The Rodney Anderson Show, Amy Vanderoef  serving as Master of Ceremonies along side multi EMMY Award-winning Scott Murray join her. Dr. Leyla Nourian and Dr. John T. Botts will serve as Chairs of The Diamond Gala. Co-Chairs include Dawn and Ryan Neufeld with Honorary Chairs Ayaan Ahmed and Rebecca Hackl.

The black tie event  will begin with a cocktail reception showcasing a silent auction, followed by the Diamond Dinner and program to include a fabulous live auction, and ending the night with the Diamond After-Party featuring live entertainment from Hunter Sullivan and his nine piece ensemble. This will be the inaugural year the gala will be held in Dallas.  “Evergreen Life Services has supported and served individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in the Dallas-Fort Worth area since 1989,” said Evergreen’s Chief Resource Development Officer Terri Axelson. “We are honored to bring the 2016 gala to a city that has such a strong sense of philanthropic duty. As we continue our mission, we are reminded that our holistic, quality services are needed by many more who potentially don’t know all that Evergreen provides. We are hopeful that our 2016 Dallas gala continues to raise awareness.”

Evergreen Life Services is a 501(c)3, Non-profit Organization, headquartered in Haughton, LA, with divisions in seven states including Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Florida. As a human services organization, Evergreen serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. For over 50 years, Evergreen has offered a wide range of community based services designed not only to meet basic needs, but also teach life skills and help each individual reach his or her own personal potential.
